- Cleaning/linen Fee $150.00 total ( on any amount of nights booked)
- Holidays are an additional $50 per night. We do have a minimum stay.
- Security Deposit required.
*Why do we charge tax? As our rentals are legal and compliant, we remit all tax due. Taxes not paid hurt the community and area that you love to vacation at. If unsure about a certain place, ask them if they remit sales tax.
